Hubdoc - Time Tracking for users
History and Notes reporting or similar would be ideal to assist verifying time employees spend processing in a client's Hubdoc file.

Hubdoc - Option to set Account Codes that can be selected
Can we dumb it down for our clients when it comes to selecting the account code. When creating an invoice or a purchase bill we should not be able to code it to Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. When posting directly to Xero it gives you an error but when someone is posting to BILL or QuickBooks it continues to let it go through. Then when BILL syncs with Xero it causes a syncing error. Hubdoc - Integrate with inventory & tracked items
There is currently no option for tracking inventory items on Hubdoc, aside from using the tracking categories. It is very laborious having to go into each transaction on Xero, after being published from Hubdoc, and select the Tracking Inventory items which in turn when selected changes the rest of the details on the line including the description originally filled into Hubdoc!
It would save a great amount of time to include this field in the Hubdoc 'Destination' window and for Hubdoc to retrieve the inventory Items from the company's Xero account in the same way as the 'contacts' and 'accounts'…

Hubdoc - Extract all line item details including inventory items
Extract not only basic information like dates, names, etc., but also line items for less manual entry or having to find outside apps to do it.

It would be good if Hubdoc created a short cut key (e.g CTRL + D) which allowed you to enter in a timestamp. This would be really helpful in the notes section when multiple people are leaving notes on a document

Hubdoc Accountant Invoices Do Not Contain All Accounts
The invoices provided in our Hubdoc account do not contain all accounts for all clients on our console as some are included with a Xero subscription and/or comped. Would it be possible to have them included on the invoice at a $0 cost?

Hubdoc - Notification when documents are uploaded
When a client uploads receipts, bank statements or other items to Hubdoc via the app or sends them by email, it would be nice to be notified at the end of each day if something was added. The accounting program that our office uses emails general email when items are uploaded into our portal. This is to ensure nothing is missed or overlooked.

Hubdoc - Auto add new suppliers when publishing documents to Xero
For new suppliers in Hubdoc, the supplier transaction in Hubdoc at the top should continue into the Xero configuration - if it is in the Hubdoc transaction section it should continue to the bottom section in the xero configuration rather than having to enter it as a new supplier in the Xero section. Also it would be easier if xero was just to add the new supplier automatically rather than having to select add new contact every time.

Hubdoc - Extract description
Once the file is uploaded to Hubdoc, it effectively becomes a JPEG once at the review screen, this means you can not copy paste or grab contents from within the document and you will have to either open up the PDF on a separate screen or edit it within Xero.
It would be great if the description could also be extracted - OR allow the document to be copied/stay a PDF to be able to copy. This will reduce human errors when entering data. Thank you.

Hubdoc - Assign admin rights over clients and users to one practice user
Primary issue:
If the Accounting Firm wants to maintain control over a client's records and Xero integrations, then only one person can be the one that creates every client in HubDoc.Workaround proposed - and the related issue:
- We were advised to create a dummy account for HubDoc to create the client files. This results in having to share a password - changing it frequently with staff changes.
- This also is not feasible due to the 2-Factor Authorization requirements

Hubdoc - Prompt when Total isn't certain
I wanted to put a suggestion that when hubdoc is getting the totals, that they get the correct total and maybe even a prompt when it is unsure of the subtotal and total. I have had a few issues come up where hubdoc is bringing in the incorrect total.

Hubdoc - Sort documents by file name
HUBDOC Sorting Alphabetical Feature needed PLEASE. Wishing to request an extra sort option under the "Sort by" button above the "Processing", "Review", "Failed", "Archived" tabs. Currently we have "Upload Date", "Bill Date", "Due Date" & "Amount" options. We create a statements folder for each month and when we're trying to check off the statements with whats in Xero report that is sorted by alphabetical order it would be practical. Hubdoc - differentiate credit notes from bills on auto-sync
Currently if you are using auto-sync hubdoc will only allow either purchases or credit notes from suppliers, but not both. If auto-sync is set to purchases then credit notes uploaded are posted as bills, and vice-versa.
Particularly for high volume customers it would be useful if Hubdoc could differentiate between them and post them appropriately on auto-sync.

Hubdoc - Make the 'Document too large to attach' message a hyperlink
when xero says 'Document too large to attach. View in Hubdoc' when viewing an invoice, could you make that a hyperlink so i can just click on the link to hubdoc, saves copy & paste, thanks.
