  2. Can we please customise client page on XPM to add EMAIL.. We currently see the Client NAME, PH NUMBER, and ADDRESS. Can we please add EMAIL to the page?
    It would cut out alot time opening each page if we had some flexibility to simply add the email address column on the first page.

  3. Currently we have to create GST/Tax returns one at a time for our entire list. It would be great if we can create gst returns on the gst jobs in one go so we don't miss any on the outstanding report.

  5. A % state by state breakdown of turnover is required for professional indemnity insurance policies for accountants. It would be great if Xero allowed us to do a report by state picking up the postcodes off the invoices.

  7. It would be great to be able to move job costs to another job in a similar way that you can move time sheets. More often than not costs are captured on an incorrect job and it is a "pain" to delete this and then to re-capture on the correct job.

  8. There is currently no functionality to either re-name or disable the standard business structure types provided in XPM. For example "Not for Profit" is technically an entity classification - a NFP classification could apply to a Private Company, a Public Company or an Incorporated Association to name a few examples. We have used custom fields to profile these types of classifications separately. Currently, we have to manually review business structure profiles & update these where types outside our guidelines have been applied. It would save a great deal of hassle if unwanted types could be re-configured or disabled at practice…

  12. It'd be great if we could have a "Mark as Complete" option for Document Packs. We've got a bunch of Doc Packs that will forever sit in 'sent' because of various reasons and it would be great to clean them up.
    Examples of these situations - when a doc pack is sent to multiple people, and maybe one of them dropped into the office to sign the financials in person - we've now got a partly signed document in a Doc Pack, and a physical signature as well.   13. In the bank account tab it would be good to have a tick box where you can select the accounts you want in your report. I have some client with 6 or more different bank accounts. If I only have two with un-coded transactions, being able to tick those two and then run the report would be practical and easier for my clients to follow.

  14. When I use Xero tax it pre-populates the tax agent number overriding the previous entry in the previous year. We want this to be the client phone number due to we want the ATO to contact them.

    Every tax return it is taking manual labour to change the phone number from the pre-populated phone number.

    We'd like the option to pre-populate the client phone number like other client information.

    We'd prefer to not have to delete any details to replace the phone number and this was resulting in tax return error.

  17. Please can we have a simple Tax Return Status report that we can run by tax year (or other appropriate filters) that shows all the relevant fields that I can see on personal tax return screen.

    This way we would be able to run a report for a particular tax year and see who we still have to do by way of a control check. This would also be useful on the company tax and accounts side

  18. We have lots of Xero systems that belong to one client, one of their admin employees left and we had to remove their e-mail address from each Xero system manually. It would be much easier if we had users' directory and be able to filter by e-mail address and remove people much easier from the associated companies.

  19. It would be helpful if XPM could automatically select 'Split Provisional 50/50' for clients since the system already has the information from the IRD to do this. This would stop clients future provisional tax showing incorrectly on a current tax return and in tax payment reminders and would instead ensure the figures advised to pay agreed to the IRD's figures without us having to manually intervene.

  20. Hi
    We're enjoying the new Job Manager screen in XPM but would love it even more if there was a value column added to show the $$ amount of the time budget. For example, it's great to know there's still 30% available time but what amount is left and more importantly if the time budget is 115% what is the amount over budget.
