Dashboard - Account Watchlist to include budget

The account watchlist widget is great, but it's somewhat useless without the budget for that month and YTD being shown alongside, such that you can get a quick overview of those accounts against expected performance.

It would be a massive improvement and would be of benefit to many, in my opinion!

Perhaps it could be an option for the widget to show (or not show) comparison to budget?

Thanks for your interest in the idea here. Being one of the ideas raised by community in our previous Feature request site I'm pleased to share that this is something that is now available in Xero. 


From the Account Watchlist on your organisation's dashboard you'll have an option to 'Show budgets' 🙂

    Agree this would be a great idea to be able to change the budget that is showing on the dashboard watchlist. Seems a waste for it to not be able to be changed.

    It seems almost silly to have such a useful tool having actual and budget displayed next to each other but not being able to drill down on the different budgets one has created. Surely it can’t be difficult to add this option? Thank you.

    Account Watchlist - Change budget from Overall Budget
    It would be useful to be able to change the budget that is shown in the Account Watchlist on the Dashboard. For example, during the year being able to update the budget that is shown to a reforecast or a budget specific for tracking purposes.

    It would be great to have tracking options on the Accounts Watchlist on the Dashboard include YTD budget and YTD actual options, not just MTD budget, MTD actual and YTD actual. We want to look at the overall trends over the year, not just what is happening in the current month. If users could select which fields to display that would be even better!
