Products & Services Standard Paragraphs without Values
We have noticed with 'new' Xero that standard products & services we have set up now print on our quotations with the value of zero under Quantity, Price & Total columns.
For us, most of these services are just standard statements and do not require a Quantity, Price or Total but we cannot remove the zero's.
It looks strange on a quotation to include a zero value next to a statement which doesn't refer to values,
'Old' zero didn't do this and would suggest that new Xero be updated to allow standard paragraphs to be added without values - as it used to be.

Thanks for your feedback, Gail - sorry we've not updated your idea here sooner. The team did make some improvements to Quotes one released. You should find you can now add description only lines that will not show any values if no quantity or price entered.
