Contact List Report - within a period of time that Customers purchased and started, in excel format, for a mailing list for marketing etc.
To be able to create a Mailer list of our customers with all the relevant details on an excel worksheet, for example, Name / Address / Contact name / e-mail details, etc. The report would allow us to fill in the period of time we require to see when new customers had started with the company, and customers that have purchased within a certain period of time, for example for the last 2 years.
This would assist when we need to create, reporting for sales, labels for a mailer to send out marketing information and also if we wish to e-mail current clients etc.
Hi Natalie, this is possible with the use of Smart Lists!
You can run a report to view customers that have purchased from you within the past 2 years, and then export the list of results to CSV which can be uploaded to Excel. 🙂
