Broader Query of data
Having the ability to query all of the data in the background. It's frustrating that you can't see certain fields (eg. invoice number) on the account transaction report so are forced to use the Receivable invoice detail or summary report instead and yet this report doesn't allow you to see all of the fields available in the Account transactions report. I appreciated that not every transaction will have an invoice/bill number so just so "-" or blank when it doesn't apply. Doing this will have a huge impact on the ability to actually use the data available in a client file.

Hi Allison, with recent updates to the Account Transactions you now have Invoice Number and Contact as separate fields, and you can now slice, dice or summarise the Account Transactions report by either of these options. 😊

Hello Allison, I want to get a better understanding of your idea here. Would you think that using a Description filter in Account Transaction report could achieve what you're after here?
