    Hi Shawn, to make sure we understand the idea here - would you like this field to be visible to the contact. Say when a certain branding theme is applied? Or just an internal to view when creating invoices in Xero? Thanks

    Hi dear xero, I have a client with 40-50 line items in Xero invoices, it is very hard to navigate and discuss with his customers. A simple solution like a Line item number would have solved the problem.
    I hope it is not so hard to add as an option.
