    Hey everyone, thanks so much for sharing all your ideas and detailed suggestions for a comprehensive Audit Trail Report.

    Through some of the comments in this discussion we wanted to highlight the Journal Report that may help with visibility of detail some are after. We've taken on board your thoughts on how this could be enhanced, like including an 'edited date' column and improving the export to Excel, however this is not in the roadmap right now.

    Being open, providing a complete audit trail of every single event and change within an organisation is not in our plans.

    That said, it’d help to gather interest in specific items you'd like to see added within the history and notes and I've shared links to a few ideas that have already been started on the platform. We welcome you to add your vote, or start a new idea for those that'd be…

    Hi team, we’ve been reading through the feedback on manual contact classification, and it’s clear how valuable this’d be for many of you.

    In Xero today, contact types are shaped by transaction history. Bills and invoices determine whether a contact appears as a supplier or customer, which works well in many cases but doesn’t cover every workflow, such as where you use spent or received money transactions and contacts stay unclassified.

    While not immediately roadmapped, we understand the needs shared through this idea. It’s on our Product team’s radar for future improvement. For the time being, we’ll keep an eye on the growing interest here, and update you as soon as there’s progress.

    Apparently, many moons ago they used to be separate, so this was a backward step for many reasons.
    Contact details are completely different if you have a customer is also a supplier, which happens to our business enough for it to be a real issue.
    Credit limits are all now only shown in the sales section. For us it is critical to see if we are close to our supplier credit limits for our larger products.
    Please separate them.
