This is a "Common Sense" feature for users with Invoice Only access. I was surprised to find access was not there when a new user was added. Come on Xero - sort this feature out.

It's been over 10 years since the idea was put forward and yet the dev team hasn't made any moves to fix this issue. What are we paying for?
