    Hi everyone, it’s been a while since our last update on this, so we wanted to share some progress.

    Our product team is currently working on a wider project to improve the timesheets experience. We're pleased to share that very soon, employees will only be able to select pay types that have been specifically added to their individual Pay Template when creating timesheets in Xero Me.

    This change is designed to reduce errors and ensure employees only see the earnings rates relevant to them.

    We’ll be sure to post another update here as soon as this is ready to roll out!

    I believe this is critical. I gave a pay rise to one of my staff members as he has more responsibility, unfortunately every one of my other staff members can see, that he has a payrise.
    I did not know 1 of my other staff members clicked on the wrong pay rate and has been paying the pay rise.

    Hi there, we appreciate you raised this a little while ago. This isn't something we have plans for in the near term.

    Not getting a lot of support from other members we’ll soon remove this from Product ideas. If it’s still highly valuable to you, welcome to start it again and see if it gets renewed interest.

    As Xero does not offer the ability to calculate LSL for casual and part time, it would then be really helpful if XERO then offers a report to calculate total hours for the year
