Hi everyone, we appreciate your input on being able to add new tracking options while invoicing and our team are looking into improvements that could be made to this flow in new invoicing. I'll keep you looped in on any change for this here.

Having used the proposed new invoicing system a bit now, it is clunky and inefficient compared to the current system. We use tracking on all of our invoices. The current system has been smooth, we start to enter the code and the list comes up. If it's one on there we just select it and if not we previously had the option to add it from that screen. Now I enter the codes, have to tab across to get it to retain the code, then it randomly changes the code, sometimes to something completely unrelated. If it's a new code I have to open tracking in a separate screen, add it in there at the bottom of the list, save it, then reload the invoice screen to get it to come up. In addition to the issues around that, the current system had a nice clear "Approved" button at the bottom of the invoice. It didn't glitch and scroll randomly to the top of the page or anything. Now it seems to be set as "Approve and email" or something like that, which we never want to do. Even when I select just Approve, it doesn't remain as the set option. It also flicks to the bottom of the screen for some reason so I have to scroll back up to the top to select it.
It's very glitchy. I would not be happy with using this proposed system at all as an ongoing invoicing option. It's awful.
