We have a medium sized client whose employees are covered by a union collective agreement. Due to the type of work, their sick leave is available after 3 months. At the moment, I have to set their sick leave to 'no accruals' and add sick leave manually at their anniversary date. This is not only inconvenient, but leaves a very large margin of error.
