    GoCardless is probably one of the worst payment gateways. They’ve just decided to deactivate our account with no prior warning and refused to give us a valid reason. You can imagine the time it will take to resetup all the clients which are currently on direct debit with gocardless.

    Upon reading some reviews, it seems a lot of organisations are also facing this same issue. GoCardless apparently deactivated user accounts without warning and without reason. It’s plastered all over the internet with 1 star reviews. Why is Xero even in partnership with a payment gateway with such horrid customer service?

    Please implement direct debit payments through Stripe.
