Hi community, we’ve been working hard to continue delivering valuable enhancements for our customers, and we know from your feedback being able to send via the Xero network from an invoice was important to how you invoice with Xero.
I’m pleased to share this feature is in the process of being released, currently with 50% of users we expect to have this in everyone’s hands soon.
Once available, when creating an invoice if you enter a Contact you’ve saved a Xero network key for you’ll see an option beneath the invoice appear ‘Send via Xero network’ (similar to when you send an eInvoice). As an addition, with the way we’ve rebuilt this feature you can now also include any attachments when sending the invoice. These'll be received on the draft bill created in your customers org! I’ll round back to confirm when this is live to everyone 🙂

Having read Xero's poor stance on support of such a significantly key feature, has resulted in my firm deciding to migrate from Xero to Sage.
Fortunately there is a Cloud Convert feature whereby you migrate from Xero to Sage for free with 2 years' data.

Let's see if Xero misses my 291 subscriptions that I am moving to Sage next month.... And then hopefully take it as a lesson learnt to listen to their clients.
Converting back from Sage to Xero again later? I won't have the energy to come back. Been a good 8 years, but Sage's intercompany feature is excellent and my only resort.

Xero decided to show a deaf ear to our request, and decided to enforce the New Invoicing without the EXISTING FEATURE.
All my 156 subscriptions are scheduled for cancelation. Moving each client over to Sage and hope this helps to teach Xero a lesson in the "listen to your customers" page.
Im not going to turnaround now, but hopefully Xero fixes this for the rest of you.
Good luck all
