Appreciate the short videos and can see what you're saying, Chris - Have you raised a case with our Xero Support team about the slowness in loading?
Actual slowness in the page loading are issues that we'd like to dig into deeper as they aren't occurring for all users so it'd be good to be able to investigate one on one with our Xero Support team who can escalate if needed. Thanks

Over the last couple of weeks Xero has been desperately slow when inputting items onto a new invoice.
This is now a major problem for us and we feel that Xero is now no longer fit for purpose and will have to look elsewhere.
We raised a complaint and were told by Xero that they don't recognise it as an issue.
Something has changed over the last month as we had no issues before. As others have said, it isn't a problem with the internet as everything else is running smoothly and all caches/cookies have been removed.
Please xero, acknowledge that there is a problem and fix it, rather than burying your heads in the sand
