    Hi team, we’ve begun rolling out our new Reporting permissions, marking a major shift toward more flexible, configurable roles in Xero.

    You’ll soon be able to grant Invoice only Sales or Purchase users access to specific operational reports without exposing access to all of the organisation's reports.

    We’re currently in a phased release and expect these changes to be available to all users over the coming weeks.

    I’ll swing back again to confirm once these changes are live to all users.

    Customize User role (Invoice only - Sales) , user invoice only and customize the access to generate AR aged report or AP aged report only. no need full access to report.
