    Hi there, thanks so much for your patience. At the moment, the P32 Employer Payment Record in Xero shows the full tax year and breaks this down by each tax month within the same report. It isn’t currently possible to generate or export the P32 for just a single month.

    Not getting a lot of support from other members, so we’ll soon remove this from Product ideas. If this functionality remains important for your business, you’re very welcome to raise a new idea so others can add their votes and comments. This helps our product team understand how many customers would benefit and how to prioritise future improvements.

    Other payroll software providers have always have always allowed me to run a monthly P32 report which shows the liabilities due to HMRC for that particular pay period. The existing summary report is great for use at year end but a separate report is required to enable accurate monthly payments to be made.

    Could also do with a net pay report per employee to enable manual wage payments to be made. A report showing just employee details and the net pay due for each is much clearer to view and ensure that wage payments are correct. The existing gross to net report includes all deduction details so it is much easier to make a mistake.
