    Hi Community! 👋 we're progressing well with our inventory permissions development, with plans to progressively roll this out early in the new year. We'll be providing a Products & services permissions set for the Invoice only role.

    You'll have the ability to choose;

    • No access
    • View
    • View and create/edit
    • View, create/edit and adjust stock

    I would also like to include my disappointment at the products and services function not being accessible without giving access to banking information. We have 2 estimators who require the products and services function to estimate project costs based on the price of products we purchase, which is input into Xero by our accounts department. However, they do not need to access the banking information. I currently cannot allow them product and services access. This therefore, reduces productivity. An update on whether there are any changes in relation to this would be much appreciated.
