    Hey everyone, we've seen all your votes and comments, and we totally get it – not being able to schedule one-off invoices or pick specific send times is a real pain point. Your feedback makes it clear how much time it costs you and how it can affect your client relationships.

    Right now, repeat invoice templates go some way to providing some automation. But we know that's not quite what you're asking for when it comes to those one-off invoices or more precise timing for all your emails.

    The good news is, our product team is digging in to the work that'd be needed to develop a solution, and figuring out the best way to make this happen. While we can't give any promises just yet, please know that your feedback is a huge part of this discovery process. Keep those comments and votes coming!

    Hi Everyone,

    We just launched https://calendrio.app and we think Calendrio can help with this.
    Calendrio allows you to schedule multiple emails for each customer for a specific time in their own timezone. So, for example, if you have a Customer1 in New York and Customer2 in San Francisco, you can send them an email reminder 2 days before the invoice is due at 8:12am, on the day the invoice is due at 11:15am and 1 day after it becomes past-due at 5:30pm.
    And they will receive those reminders at those times in their timezone!
    If the payment comes through, no future reminders will be sent.

    You'd be able to include a custom subject and message and include auto-generated beautifully designed card that would have all the details of the invoice and a link to directly open client facing version of it on Xero. So your clients can view, download or pay the invoice directly from the invoice reminders.

    Calendrio also helps you share a payment calendar with your clients that will help them never missing your payments in first place! This client payment schedule calendar will update instantly when you send a new invoice with them and will have all the details and a link to pay the invoice, right on the calendar!

    (Btw, you can also get your own payment calendar with all your invoices and bills across all your customers and vendors to stay up to date on your AR and AP. You can also share this calendar with your team members. And also create dedicated view for AR or AP teams.)
