    Hi team, discovery went well and has provided good insights to our product team. Things have now moved along and I can share that we're working on a solution that'll enable you to schedule when an invoice is sent, and the ability to cancel a scheduled send if needed. 🙂

    Hi Everyone,

    We just launched https://calendrio.app and we think Calendrio can help with this.
    Calendrio allows you to schedule multiple emails for each customer for a specific time in their own timezone. So, for example, if you have a Customer1 in New York and Customer2 in San Francisco, you can send them an email reminder 2 days before the invoice is due at 8:12am, on the day the invoice is due at 11:15am and 1 day after it becomes past-due at 5:30pm.
    And they will receive those reminders at those times in their timezone!
    If the payment comes through, no future reminders will be sent.

    You'd be able to include a custom subject and message and include auto-generated beautifully designed card that would have all the details of the invoice and a link to directly open client facing version of it on Xero. So your clients can view, download or pay the invoice directly from the invoice reminders.

    Calendrio also helps you share a payment calendar with your clients that will help them never missing your payments in first place! This client payment schedule calendar will update instantly when you send a new invoice with them and will have all the details and a link to pay the invoice, right on the calendar!

    (Btw, you can also get your own payment calendar with all your invoices and bills across all your customers and vendors to stay up to date on your AR and AP. You can also share this calendar with your team members. And also create dedicated view for AR or AP teams.)
