    Hi team, rounding back we wanted to provide another update as work is moving along well for enabling auto sales tax in Quotes.

    We are aiming to have this available for you all the the next couple of months!

    I'll come back to share as this feature goes live.

    I sell to many zip codes, and having it on invoices is critical for proper billing and tax reporting. Having said that, I cannot have a "default" tax on quotes that is not accurate. It's a poor customer experience to see two different numbers for tax from quote to invoice.
    Due to our large matrix of zip codes it is a large burden for our team to quote properly but manually calculating tax on quotes. It removes the great feature on invoices since all the work was already done on the quote.
    Honestly, this should be a no-brainer to get done. If a fee is required by Avalara then at least make it an option for your customers.
