Hi Josef, I can totally see how a "Priority" column could be a real game-changer for practice management. When you’ve got a long list of client jobs, it helps to see instantly which ones need attention right away and which can wait.
For now, some partners find it helpful to use the Job Status or Due Date columns to sort tasks, or even add a visual cue in the Job Name to highlight urgent work.
We’ve moved this idea to ‘Gaining Support’ so our product teams can see the impact. We’d love to hear your thoughts on how this can be impactful to you.
