    Hi everyone, as our product teams keep developing Xero they have been continuing to lean into the forums here to help inform and plan work.

    We appreciate the impact this feature could have to those that have supported the idea here - This in mind I'm pleased to share that we're working on expanding the search capability of the Account Transactions page of the bank account to enable users to search by transaction Reference or Payment reference 🙂

    I agree with everyone here. I don't like to clog up my client's contacts for frequent charges like Amazon, Google workspace, Canva, etc. In these instances, I prefer to code the 'client' as the bank account or credit card and then input something descriptive in the reference, like Amazon for example. I would love to see the search in account transactions extend to picking up reference.
