Hi team, thank you for your continued feedback and we understand the importance of this change for some customers (especially everyone that's voted here). I want to assure you that the ability to add and a save addresses in the new Purchase orders experience is in the works and our product team are aiming to release this within the next couple of months. As soon as there are further updates I'll share news with you here.

Please change it back. Currently, delivery addresses in Xero are tied to the supplier’s Physical Address, which creates challenges for businesses operating with multiple warehouses or delivery locations. Many companies need to receive goods from the same supplier at different sites, and these sites may change over time.

It would be far more practical to maintain a centralised address book of delivery locations (e.g., warehouses or sites) that can be selected when creating a purchase order or bill, rather than editing the supplier’s address each time. This would reduce maintenance, prevent errors, and better support businesses with multi-site operations.
