Hi everyone, a quick update on multi-authorisation for Payday Super.
We recognise that multi-authorisation is a priority for many of you, particularly as Payday Super approaches and businesses review how they manage super payments in Xero.
Our Product team is actively working on an enhanced workflow for this, which is on track for release next quarter.
We’ll share more updates as soon as we have more to confirm.

With the introduction of PayDay Super in Australia, could we have the ability to have more that one approver of Superannuation payments. Obviously, it will be critical that superannuation payments are made on a timely basis, and having more than one approver would allow for illness and holidays.

Like many on this forum, our firm prepares the wages and superannuation for some of our clients. It is essential that there is a segregation of duties between the preparer and the authoriser of these payments.
The SMS needs to go to the Director for authorisation, and automatic processing.
