    For goodness sakes, this is a GIVEN, by the time you fix this, I'll have had to do it manually. I certainly hope you give this IMMEDIATE attention, unlike the clunky, ridiculous default of payroll entries being done by first name not surname (like the rest of the world does) - for YEARS we've been asking for this to changed and told NO, it's not happening - which is why I'll NEVER recommend Xero to anyone, as they don't listen to their end users. You should also be looking into why an app is archiving people's information without permission. But please don't waste too much time on that - FIX the default in payroll to sort by SURNAME first PLEASE.
