    Thanks so much for sharing this idea and for everyone who has taken the time to vote and comment.

    We can see how valuable it would be to view the journal entry directly from a transaction, without needing to leave the transaction and run a separate report. That extra visibility would make it easier to understand the accounting impact and troubleshoot more efficiently.

    Yes, its critical really, particularly checking the application of prepayments and credit notes by clients. Otherwise searching the ledger accounts for matching entries is a nightmare.
