Currently, archived clients need to be restored individually before a TFN can be removed, after which the client must be archived again. For firms managing multiple records, this creates a significant amount of administrative work. If clients need to be restored one by one, it is often just as easy to remove the TFN and immediately archive the client again, making the current process inefficient.
It would be great to see an option to remove or manage TFNs without restoring archived clients, or alternatively provide a bulk update process. This would streamline administration and reduce unnecessary handling of client records.
