Our teams are watching the interest for changes in Workpapers through the forum here, and I'll make sure to let you know if any plans are made for this.

Hi Everyone, thank you for the time taken to give us the feedback on this feature. Im happy to say this idea is in development and will be added to the new Xero Workpapers experience in early 2026. Hi everyone, and thank you for your feedback on this feature Idea in the New Xero Workpapers. We have reviewed this are moving this to Gaining Support so others can vote and comment on this. The Product team will continue to monitor this and other feature Ideas and feedback on the new Workpapers and we will post an updates here.

Hey everyone as you can see we have split the original Idea up into seperate ideas including:
(New Workpapers - Payroll tax feature)
(New Workpapers - Dividends. 7A Loans feature)
And I have also added your votes to the following similar established Ideas:
(Workpapers - Ability to change the terms in the Borrowing Costs/Amortisation)
(Workpaper | Fringe Benefits - Motor Vehicle private use)
This is so we can monitor interest for each of the features. The Product team will be reviewing these ideas and we will post any updates on these here. Again thanks for your feedback.

Hi April, I've just split this from your original idea here so we can gauge interest in being able to delete a Manual Journal separately.
Currently it's possible to Delete a Manual Journal while its in Draft, but like you noted can only be Voided once posted.
We'd like to get a better view of the interest in this from your idea here, and I'll let you know if there are any updates. Thanks!

Hi team, we appreciate your feedback as you get stuck in to trying our our new Workpapers. Our team have been monitoring feedback closely and I'd like to share that we're in the process of developing a GST Workpaper in our new solution. We'll be back to share once it's released. 😊
