    For a brief moment, I thought this issue was resolved. When I sent out statements on 21 September, the email body had returned to the old format, but when I sent a statement today, the balances in the email body had returned.
    This is truly frustrating for both me and my clients. Can this be removed or at least give us the option to switch it on or off.

    I echo Gavin's comment and request that this be a function that can be switched on or off. This update has caused unnecessary distress with our clients.
    Feedback on this would be appreciated.
