Thanks for everyone’s continued support in this idea. We’d like to update here that accepting a deposit on an invoice is now live to all organisations that use Stripe in AU, NZ, UK, US, CA and SG with remaining regions soon to come.
We know this doesn’t yet cover fuller progress-payment and instalment workflows, and we recognise those are important for many of you. We’ll keep returning here with more news as work in this space evolves.

Projects is not really an appropriate name without this function. It's how so many businesses run. It's in the book keeper version but I am not a book keeper. It really only needs to be very basic.

Adding my 2 cents in again, since my original post is now buried in some unread forum.
Even if there was the ability for alphabetical sorting, then at least I could put a 00, 01, 02, etc on the front of the task to order it as necessary. That would require almost zero development.
This would be very helpful. Obviously the data is there, the info shows up in the draft invoice in line items. Please add.
The Projects add-on is supposed to be a simple bolt-on without the bells and whistles, but including the name of the project at least an option or placeholder seems like a basic requirement.
