When in an employee's Employment record, make it easier to toggle between employees by making the drop down list of employees searchable or make the list easier to navigate

A couple of examples.
When i click on employees there are only 6 options in the drop down box and then you have to scroll down the other 15 to find the one you want. If the drop down box had all 21 u could just select the one you want.
A better example that admittidly you only use a lot in set up is add earnings line which has a drop down box of 7 options. Due to different awards and grouping of staff i have 15 earnings line they could all become available in the one box making it easier to select rather then having to scroll
