    Hi community, we appreciate the on-going interest this idea is receiving and the growing needs in the ability to customise documents that you send from Xero.

    Right now, our position for this idea remains the same - we do have future plans to improve the branding experience across Xero, starting with invoicing which you can read more about.

    As this experience continues to build out we'll make sure to share any updates for customising Remittance for everyone here.

    This has been an idea topic for 7 YEARS with no repsonse from Xero - c'mon guys, this can't be that difficult to create a template .docx we can mold for Remittance Advice.
    We use it for RCTI - we can create a PO with an RCTI template but cant import bulk PO's - once they turn to Bills and are paid, we can only get the standard Remittance template - if we could edit that template it could be utilised as an RCTI. Thousands of businesses would benefit. Xero seems very limited on RCTI
