Thank community, we appreciate all your involvement on this idea. We understand the ability to bulk export or print attached files would be a huge time-saver, especially for year-end audits, client communication, and general record-keeping.
We’ve evaluated the complexity of this feature against other priorities on our roadmap. Atm, this isn't in our plans however we'd like to explore bulk downloading of files from Xero in the longer term. I'll share an update when we're able to give more attention to this, here.
For the meantime if this is essential for you right now, you may like to explore third-party integrations through our Xero app store which could meet your needs here.

I am facing legal action and urgently need this facility to download a full schedule of entries and attachements dating back to Mid 2018 I need this by end of 30 October 2022. PLEASE HELP
Lynn Tan Jan 6 and Lisa Cardno Jan 12, both your comments are so valid and on point. This is not to say everyone else's comments are not valid, it just highlights how Xero is could make the application even more valuable and easier for its users. Working a solution to reduce double handling of this issue will solidify long term loyalty and cement the highly valuable 'subscription' income it enjoys. It is only a matter of time when some genius youngster will deliver a more comprehensive solution. Come on Xero, take a look at this.
