    Hi everyone, we understand the sentiment here and how this change could help you work more efficiently in Xero. Thank you for insights we received to assist in our discovery of this feature.

    As we've continued to develop the new purchase orders experience, I am happy to share here that when this rolls out your businesses Physical address will be the default for Delivery address.

    I'll return to keep you updated as this goes live.

    Dear Xero
    I support this idea. It definitely would save a lot of time and would automate the process. It also makes sense to have the default address the 'physical' location of the company - not the PO Box which is what is what currently gets defaulted to each time, even if we update it.

    We request and support this change being made.

    Thank you.
    Jo

    Hi Community! 👋 we're progressing well with our inventory permissions development, with plans to progressively roll this out early in the new year. We'll be providing a Products & services permissions set for the Invoice only role.

    You'll have the ability to choose;

    • No access
    • View
    • View and create/edit
    • View, create/edit and adjust stock

    I'll round back again as this begins to rollout. 🙏

    It would be incredibly valuable for procurement/purchasing officers to view and be able to make changes in this area (this is part of their job!). They do not need to see the rest of the financial accounts.
