Hi Lacey, thanks for sharing this suggestion. We understand how useful it could be to have clearer visibility of transactions across individual corporate cards and departments.

I've updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking community feedback. It would be great to hear which credit card provider you'd like this feature to be available for.

✨ Thanks for the suggestion – we love hearing how we could make bank feeds easier to manage.

Right now we’re not planning a single “refresh all bank feeds” button in the near future. A few reasons why:

    • Banks control timing: Many feeds update on a schedule set by the bank or provider, so a global refresh wouldn’t guarantee instant data across all accounts.
    • Reliability & limits: Triggering lots of refreshes at once can hit provider limits and make refreshes fail more often, which is a worse experience overall.
    • Security & MFA: Some feeds require multi‑factor authentication or a specific user to refresh, which can’t safely be handled by a single bulk action.

For now we’re focusing on keeping per‑account refresh reliable and clear in the new homepage banking widget, and we’ll keep tracking interest in bulk refresh for future planning.

Maybe I am confused on this. I am experencing the new credit card feed for the master account. We have been using Xero since 2016, and have 4 credit cards under the main account holder. So I have 5 credit card bank feeds from Chase (one for each employee). The new system put all the feeds together, by date. That is not how we reconcile transactions. Each employee has to submit business expenses at the end of the period, and I will reconcile those when I know what accout and location to bill them to. So now, all 5 cards go into one feed by date. This is a huge problem when dealing with 5 cards and about 200 transactions in a four week period (I feel bad for bigger companies). Is this just me being frustrated or is this new change HORRIBLE!?!?!?!?

This is very much needed! I use the invoice section for daily sales, and need to apply multiple tenders to the balance (cash, credit cards, gift cards, house account). It would be easier if it stayed on the same page and didn't redirect to the list of open invoices.
