Hi everyone, thanks for sharing this idea and adding your feedback.
We understand why being able to connect Claude across multiple Xero organisations could be helpful, particularly for advisors and bookkeepers who work across several clients or entities. The idea is to allow a single Claude connection to access multiple organisations, removing the need to reconnect or switch between organisations when working across different datasets.

Thanks for keeping the conversation going on this, everyone. It's clear that having the ability to create budgets for Balance Sheet accounts is a really popular idea, and we hear the manual workflows you're having to use when it comes to forecasting.
The go-to option for now (as shared by some in this idea) is to export your data into a spreadsheet to build out your budgeted Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasts.
I know it's not the outcome you're hoping for here, but we want to be upfront about where things stand. Right now, building this feature isn't in our plans. We have to make some tough calls on what to build next, and while this isn't on the current roadmap, the feedback you've all shared here is incredibly valuable for our future planning.

The budget tool is completely useless without including the Balance Sheet. I recently started setting up the Joiin add-on to Xero for consolidation and they have a budget tool that looks like it will satisfy this need. I have not set it up yet, but so far I have been really happy with Joiin in every other way so I have high hopes it will work well
