Hi team, I'm pleased to share an update with everyone here. As you may have noticed we've been rolling out a new branding experience with our new invoice editor.
This replaces the older Standard branding templates with the ability to quickly and easily modify the content and layout of your invoices. along with a preview so you can see what changes will look like to your customers. 🥳
It's in the process of being released to all users and I'll round back to confirm when available to all!

I have an idea for sprucing up the look of Xero invoices.
While I was off of Xero for a few months, I came across this look in another competitor's layout.
Look at attached screenshot. See how more attractive the invoice looks compared to Xero layout that has no color? Is this something you could offer in the future for of different templates?Look forward to your response or update. Thank you.

Hi team, wanting to provide an update to you here, we want you to know we understand the efficiency more users would like to have in being able to automate the creation of the Xero subscription invoice inside their Xero org.
To highlight from my last update for UK users this is possible with eInvoicing through the online invoice (My Bills page).
This is still something we're interested in developing in more regions however isn't planned in our roadmap just yet.
When resource opens up for us to be able to pick this work up we will share an update with you all on this here. Thanks for staying engaged and supporting in this idea.

Thank you for your suggestion to add a spell check feature to Xero’s invoicing. We appreciate your feedback. As you know at this time, there isn’t a built-in spell check option available within Xero invoices. However, many users find that browser-based spell check tools or third-party extensions can help with proofreading invoice content.
We encourage you to continue sharing your ideas and feedback, as this helps us understand what features are most important to our community. For transparency there are no immediate plans for this feature, please know that your input is valued and will be considered as we continue to improve Xero.

Hi team, we appreciate all your feedback here and wanted to share an update as we have a new invoice editor that is being rolled out to all users (already available in NZ, AU, UK and US).
This new editor provides more custom formatting options to help you create invoices that reflect your brand with a side preview so you can instantly see how changes will be shown.
We appreciate that there are additional formatting options that you're asking for here and want to be open that we don't have any plans for providing the ability to edit text formatting in the new editor. We will continue to track votes through this idea and keep an eye on trends so if there are any changes in it's position in the future we can let you know here.

I posted just a minute ago, but don't see where it has posted. So I'm reposting:
After looking around at other invoicing programs, I noticed that the Xero invoice is pretty dull in comparison to others out there. Please look at the comparison of Xero & another. The addition of color within the invoice makes it quite a bit more when seen with color. (see attached)
Is this a possibility within the next update?
