Hi team, we appreciate you sharing how important it is for you to be able to update repeated product details more quickly within draft invoices.
We’re currently working on an update to the line item grid within invoices, where you'll be able to drag (or use keyboard navigation) to drag contents of a field in one row up or down a column. 😁
This'll make it much faster to repeat or update line-item details across a draft invoice, which should help when things like product pricing need to be applied across multiple rows.

I'd like to suggest a feature enhancement for the invoicing system. When adding new line items from our saved parts catalog, it would be incredibly useful if we could update the price of a product directly on the invoice, and have that new price saved permanently to the in our inventory product code. This way, we can ensure that our part prices are always up-to-date without the need to manually update them in multiple places. This would be really helpful for business that have a lot of different part numbers or product codes from multiple suppliers.

t’s surprising that real-time notifications aren’t available on a digital platform like Xero in this day and age. Having a simple notification on my phone or dashboard when an invoice is paid would make managing my business much easier. This would save me from constantly checking Stripe, my bank feed, or manually reviewing each invoice to see if it’s been paid. Real-time alerts would streamline my workflow and help me stay on top of my finances effortlessly.
