Thank community, we appreciate all your involvement on this idea. We understand the ability to bulk export or print attached files would be a huge time-saver, especially for year-end audits, client communication, and general record-keeping.
We’ve evaluated the complexity of this feature against other priorities on our roadmap. Atm, this isn't in our plans however we'd like to explore bulk downloading of files from Xero in the longer term. I'll share an update when we're able to give more attention to this, here.
For the meantime if this is essential for you right now, you may like to explore third-party integrations through our Xero app store which could meet your needs here.

Numerint exports files associated with any type in Xero that support attaching files:
accounts, bank transactions, bank transfers, contacts, credit notes, invoices, manual journals, over payments, pre payments, purchase orders, quotes and repeating invoices.
The export can scale to any number of attachments and it is not uncommon for customers to export tens of thousands of files that might take several weeks (Xero has throttling to limit the rate). It can export dozens of your companies simultaneously and all run in the background. No need to leave your computer on.
You can do a full export or use filters to choose specific date ranges or only certain Xero types e.g. all Invoices (supplier bills and customer invoices) for a single financial quarter. You can also perform differential exports to retrieve all the files since your last export.
The export comes with a comprehensive data file that carries a lot of data about the exported files. E.g. the contact name, the date, the amounts, the line items, tracking codes.
Customers use it for backing up, supporting an audit as well as migrating to another accounting platform. For example we've had customers with dozens of Xero subscriptions all being migrated needing tens of thousands of files to be moved. For larger jobs it is easier to contact Numerint directly to create a single invoice or tackle any custom requirements.
