I just can't understand how I can't track who created a invoice, or better yet, why we can't assign a invoice to a particular rep. As a manager, I havent a clue who sold what at the end of the month!!! I know there is "tagging," feature but i use the two tags for tracking commission and non-commission. commission .... very frustrating
