    The previous system was part of our debtor management process and a key part of our operational procedure in noting invoices as apposed to working from the contact notes only.
    This improvement requires our whole company to pivot to a new process to ensure we are able to continue to operate compliantly.
    Not happy with this update and loss of invoice notes being shown on the main contact notes
