My client is also finding this an issue, they are a funeral director and don't want to seem pushy when sometimes you have to wait for probate. They have managed to remove the due date from the invoice however when they e-mail the invoice directly from Xero it automatically shows the due date as a heading and there is no placeholder in the e-mail settings to remove this. Xero solution is to send the invoice as a pdf attachment from your e-mail separately, but this is removing the functionality of the program. Surely if you didn't have to have the due date field this then wouldn't show on the e-mail.
