    If an invoice is disputed by the respondent (client) as part of the process of preparing an adjudication case to get the money that is owed, we need to prove that the invoice was not only sent, but received.
    Ideally it would be possible to generate a 'read' receipt when the email is read, such as is possible in Gmail
