    Agree that Projects needs the ability to set up a default task list for the project which can be customised. But after that also the ability to assign the individual tasks to resources for the project and to ensure they can book their time against tasks within projects in an easy manner (an quick/abbreviated mobile application for time-recording). Project tasks assigned but not completed must should be reported/alerted to the incumbent to make sure they book time. Also they must account for all their working/contractual hours so time shortfalls should be reported as well. If a user is able to customise their task list as well (within limits), this would be useful.
