This is critical. I would have thought my now Xero would have this basic feature.
Perhaps it will come when they finally start to feel competitive pressure which is still not that close but competitors and new entrants are definitively emerging with great features especially AI powered ones.
IThere should be a workflow engine for this.
At very very least a simple set reminder feature, and by that I dont mean their existing reminder to customers, but some type of alert to us the asmin/users to prompt a manual update of the invoice template (if it exists I cant find one) so we can at least be altered to manually updated.. I'm always missing annual increases as for me they are not fixed increases.. its CPI, so I cant preload years in advance
