Yes Xero needs this feature but first then need to remove some of the stuff that's been added over the last couple of weeks. Manually inputting invoices has gone from bad to worse recently adding more and more actions to each task without thought.
The fact that you can't just leave the invoice number blank and have Xero auto fill it with the next one is laughable but, as someone commented below, they don't seem interested in making good software, all they want to do is make profit. I'm off elsewhere and you probably should be to if you are reading this!
