    Due to this limitation, our client is requiring us to refund over $30,000 in cash before they can process the invoices again, only for the same funds to be returned to us later. This means we are out-of-pocket for a substantial amount while waiting for them to complete their process, which could take weeks. This back-and-forth is entirely avoidable if we had the ability to simply email the overpayments directly within Xero. Taking a screenshot is not professional nor acceptable when dealing with this amount of money.
