It would therefore be a good idea if Xero warned users when they enter a future date (with a popup "Did you mean to put that date in? Confirm Yes/No") before it's approved. That way, there's less chance they will send it to the customer with a date they didn't intend, or even notice after it's approved, so the edit function has to be opened prior to amending.
