Understanding wanting a resolve to help you keep moving efficiently while you work in Xero. Having just tested this myself I was able to preview PDF's from the files library in my browser (Chrome and Firefox). Is it possible you have a browser extension such as AdBlock that could be preventing you from viewing files?

PDF not being previewed by Firefox either now, have cleared cache & cookies, but still not working. Have tried to save the file and sent to xero but not working still getting 'this file is not supported by this browser'.
Yet i had an old file that I had previously viewed still under files - but cant preview that file now.
I dont feel it is the browser, when it was working and now not?
