It would be useful to be able to attach a message pop-up option to a customer or vendor when invoicing or entering a bill.
For example, a customer requires a purchase order on an invoice, and some administrative actions are being taken to advise the user regarding the contact or vendor's current standing or requirements without first looking at notes.
